(Toledo, OH) -- It's still not safe to drink the tap water in several areas of Monroe County due to the problems with the water coming from Toledo. Overall, there are nearly 400-thousand people in southeast Michigan and northwest Ohio impacted by a toxin in the water coming into the system from Lake Erie. People and businesses in four Monroe County communities are being told to boil their water before drinking it or bathing. They are Luna Pier and LaSalle, Bedford and Erie townships. Test results on the water are due this morning.
