(St. Louis, MO) -- Federal officials say the final fugitive in a Detroit drug case is in custody. Earnest Proge was arrested near St. Louis, Missouri yesterday. Proge, along with brothers Carlos Powell and Eric Powell were found guilty last month of running a drug ring in metro Detroit that involved large amounts of cocaine, heroin and marijuana. The three men disappeared when the jury returned with a verdict on May 12th. The Powell brothers were captured two weeks ago.
