Teen Pleads Guilty In Motor City Pride Attack

(Detroit, MI) -- A 16-year-old will be sentenced in late August for taking part in the beating of a hairdresser last month at the 2014 Motor City Pride festival. Christin Howard told police that he was attacked by eight people along the Detroit Riverfront, with video taken of the incident showing at least five people in the mob. The teenager pled guilty in juvenile court to assault with intent to do great bodily harm. No one else has been arrested.
