(Detroit, MI) -- The son of a 55-year-old man who died two days after suffering a serious head injury as a result of being shoved at a concert says he believes the whole thing was an accident. Robert Kobe's son, Cory, says the 15-year-old who reportedly shoved his father was a family friend and that it does not appear he had any malicious intent. In the "Detroit Free Press," Cory is quoted saying, "I want to make sure that this young man gets fair treatment." He said that his father who liked to have a few drinks and horse around, most likely provoked the teen. The incident happened on Sunday at a Hank Williams Junior concert at DTE.
