Road Rage Victim's Family Hires Attorney

(Howell, MI) -- The family of the man gunned down in broad daylight on Grand River Avenue near Howell in a road rage incident Tuesday has hired an attorney. Forty-three-year-old Derek Flemming was killed when he confronted another driver who attorney William Moore says was driving recklessly and cut off their vehicle. Witnesses told police that Flemming walked up to the pickup driven by a 69-year-old Howell man and was shot when he asked the man "what's your problem?" The alleged shooter remains behind bars, and his name has not been released.
