Hundreds Protest Iraq Violence
(Sterling Heights, MI) -- Several hundred people in metro Detroit are calling for an end to the violence by ISIS in Iraq. Demonstrators marched in Sterling Heights yesterday, with local Iraqi Americans carrying "Stop ISIS" signs. Some want President Obama to do more, including sending in U.S. troops on the ground in Iraq to drive out the Islamist militants. Protesters wore t-shirts with an Arabic symbol that ISIS has used to identify the homes of Christians in Iraq as a sign of solidarity.
