General Motors To Pay Millions Due To Ignition-Switch Issue
(Detroit, MI) -- General Motors expects to pay between 400-and-600-million dollars to victims in connection with an ignition switch problem. The faulty ignition switch issue is linked to dozens of accidents and 13-deaths and is the focus of numerous federal investigations. Additionally, GM is now looking at inquiries from the Canadian government and 45-state attorneys general.
