(Troy, MI) -- I-75 northbound is already one of the busiest main roadways for rush-hour traffic in metro-Detroit as it leads out of the downtown area and into the northern suburbs. And Friday evening's drive turned into an even bigger headache after a four car crash that shutdown the freeway at the Adams Road exit. All northbound lanes were blocked for about an hour, along with two of the southbound lanes for emergency responders. Injuries were reported, but how many and to what extent have not yet been released.
