(Mount Clemens, MI) -- The Washington Township man on trial in the death of his girlfriend's two-year-old son my take the stand today. Twenty-seven-year-old Ronald Dimambro is charged with first-degree murder and child abuse in the death of Damian Sutton last August. Dimambro has admitted to shaking the toddler, but his attorneys claim a fall earlier in the day could have contributed to the child's death. The prosecutor rested its case yesterday morning and closing arguments could start today.
