(Detroit, MI) -- Two contracts are going back out for bids with the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department. The deals are worth 30-million dollars for inspections and repairs on the east and west sides of the city. The Detroit City Council found problems with the awarding of both contracts to Lakeshore TolTest. The company was not vetted by the water department before the three-year deals were signed.
