(Detroit, MI) -- A 71-year-old Dearborn man who is linked to the deaths of two Irish soldiers is expected to be back in federal court today for a deportation hearing. Mahmoud Bazzi was taken into custody on July 15th for an immigration violation. He allegedly entered the United States from his home country Lebanon by using someone else's passport. Bazzi made a living by selling ice cream in Dearborn and maintains his innocence in the deaths of the two soldiers in 1980.
