(Detroit, MI) -- A federal bankruptcy judge has an up-close impression of some of the problems facing Detroit now. Judge Steven Rhodes spent about three hours yesterday taking a bus tour of the city after Detroit's legal team said pictures didn't provide an adequate portrait of the city's issues. Officials say Rhodes sat quietly during the tour, not taking notes nor asking any questions. The tour covered 58 miles, and the bus was staffed with federal Marshals as protection.
