(Ann Arbor, MI) -- A nurse who was found dead at a University of Michigan hospital in Ann Arbor in December was killed by an overdose of prescription medicine. The AAnn Arbor NewsA cites an autopsy report on Carla Delvecchio, and university police have confirmed the 29-year-old was found with a bag of the drug fentanyl. Delvecchio also had taken midazolam during her final shift, with both medications used often by patients in her wing of the hospital. The autopsy report indicates her death was accidental.
